Our Process
SITE PREPARATION
Similar to the initial construction process, we commence with a comprehensive underground assessment to pinpoint exact locations for excavation. Before construction can commence, the site must be cleared, graded, and readied for building. This may entail removing existing structures, excavating, and leveling the ground. Additionally, we enclose the site with fences and gates to ensure safety and security for both the workplace and the surrounding neighborhood.

DEMOLITION AND EXCAVATION
Once confirmed, we proceed with demolishing any existing structures on the site, preparing the ground for new construction. Demolition and disposal will be carried out with utmost regard for safety.

FOUNDATION CONSTRUCTION
Foundations are laid to establish a stable base for the structure. This process may involve pouring concrete footings, erecting basement walls, or installing pilings, depending on the specific requirements of the foundation.

STRUCTURAL FRAMING
With the foundation established, the structural framework of the building is erected. This entails assembling walls, floors, and roofs using materials such as wood, steel, or concrete.

ENCLOSURE
With the structure in place, the building is enclosed to shield it from the elements. This step includes installing exterior walls, windows, doors, and roofing materials.

ELECTRICAL WIRING, HVAC, AND PLUMBING ROUGH-INS
During this phase, electrical wiring, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems, and plumbing rough-ins are installed. This lays the groundwork for the building's essential utilities and services.

INTERIOR WORK
Following the enclosure of the building, interior work commences. This encompasses the installation of electrical, plumbing, heating, and cooling systems, along with interior walls, flooring, and finishes.

FINISHING
Upon completion of interior work, finishing touches such as painting, trim work, and the installation of fixtures and appliances are carried out to finalize the project.

FINAL INSPECTIONS AND SIGN-OFF LETTERS
